One fleet, one shared memory.

A humanoid, a drone, a ground vehicle and a hundred devices in a building are not a hundred and three problems. They are one system with many bodies: each one specialised, all of them reporting to the same memory and acting on the same rules.

THE LOOP

A fleet that gets better than any machine in it.

A single machine learns at the speed of its own shift. A fleet learns at the speed of every shift at once. The Hive is the loop that turns the second into the first: report, learn, distribute, coordinate, over and over, across every site you run.

Nothing about that loop is magical. It is the discipline of a distributed system applied to machines that move: small specialised units, one shared record, one set of rules, and updates that reach every body at the same time.

    Every action, reading and decision leaves the unit as a structured event, with its actor, its place, its cause and its outcome. Nothing is a log line nobody reads.

    What one unit learns becomes a reviewed, versioned routine that every unit receives remotely. A fix found in one plant is running in all of them the same week.

    Units talk to each other in the moment: the drone hands a finding to the ground vehicle, the lock tells the elevator someone is on the way, the humanoid asks for a transport and one arrives.

SPECIALISATION

Specialists that behave like one organism.

We do not build one machine that does everything badly. Each unit does one job well: the humanoid manipulates, the drone inspects, the ground vehicle carries, the lock authorises, the sensor observes. What makes them a system is not a shared body, it is a shared contract.

Every unit joins the Hive with an identity, publishes what it is capable of, and accepts work it is qualified for. Add a machine and the fleet gains a capability. Remove one and the work is redistributed, not lost.

  • One identity per unit: every machine is a known actor in Veripass before it does anything.
  • One record for the fleet: robots and connected devices write to the same event history.
  • One rulebook: policy is authored once and enforced by every body that can act on it.
  • Capabilities are published, not hard-wired: the fleet re-plans when a unit joins, leaves or is busy.
RESILIENCE

The hive keeps working when the connection does not.

A site that stops because a link went down is not automation, it is a liability. Every deployment keeps a local brain: the rules, identities and schedules the site needs to run on its own, on your premises.

While the connection is gone, doors keep opening for the right people, routes keep running and events keep being recorded. When it returns, everything reconciles into the shared memory in order, with nothing invented and nothing lost.

SUPERVISION

Shared learning, supervised learning.

A fleet that teaches itself without anyone watching is a story, not a product. Nothing is distributed to your machines because a model felt confident: every routine is reviewed, versioned and released the way software is, and you can see what changed, when and why.

Safety is never delegated to the hive. Safe-stop lives in each unit and answers locally, in milliseconds, whatever the network is doing. The Hive can make a machine better at its job. It cannot make it less safe.

  • Every distributed routine is reviewed and versioned before a single machine receives it.
  • Safe-stop is local and never negotiable: the network cannot overrule it.
  • Roll forward or roll back the whole fleet, per site, with the history of who released what.
ECOSYSTEM

The Hive runs on StoneOS.

Hivora builds the bodies. The rest of the operating system it plugs into is already running: identity, execution, record, interpretation, operations and financial rails, each one a platform of its own inside StoneOS.
