Who we are
Hivora Dynamics™ is a company of Blackwood Stone Holdings, Inc. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through hivoradynamics.com.
It covers this website only. Data handled by Hivora systems and devices deployed at a customer site (telemetry, access events, mission records) is governed by the service agreement executed with that customer, who is the controller of that data.
Data we collect
Only what you submit through the access-request form: name, work email, company, role, sector, area of interest, estimated scale, country of operation and the description of your operation. The form opens a message in your own email client; nothing is stored on this site.
This site uses no tracking cookies and runs no third-party advertising trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner.
How we use data
To evaluate your request, respond to it and follow up on it. Hivora works with a selected group of partners; the information you provide is used to qualify your operation and to prepare a conversation about it. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Access to requests is restricted, logged and attributable, the same standard our systems enforce on a customer site.
Retention
We retain access requests only as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on them, or as required by law. Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months of the last exchange. Data covered by a service agreement follows the retention defined there.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to contact@blackwoodstoneholdings.com. We answer every request and act on it within the period the applicable law establishes.
